Sc2O3, Gd2O3, Lu2O3, Er2O3), s vysokou tepelnou vodivos\u0165ou. V\u00fdskum bude zameran\u00fd na \u0161t\u00fadium vplyvu \u03b1-SiC a \u03b2-SiC f\u00e1zy na tepeln\u00fa vodivos\u0165 karbidu kremi\u010dit\u00e9ho bez spekac\u00edch pr\u00edsad a druh\u00fd smer v\u00fdskumu bude zameran\u00fd na \u0161t\u00fadium vplyvu mno\u017estva a typu pr\u00eddavkov oxidov kovov vz\u00e1cnych zem\u00edn na tepeln\u00fa vodivos\u0165 SiC kompozitov. Na dosiahnutie cie\u013eov projektu je nevyhnutn\u00fd v\u00fdskum zameran\u00fd na pr\u00edpravu hutn\u00e9ho SiC alebo kompozitov na b\u00e1ze SiC pri relat\u00edvne ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch spekania (do 2000\u00b0C). Understanding the process of crystal formation in bioglass isstill a topical issue in order to quantify the kinetics of crystal growth in relation to the macroscopically observedtransformation of the amorphous phase into the crystalline phase. The conditions of the kinetics of dopedbioglasses of the new generation have not yet been fully described. Priestor medzi vrstvami bude upraven\u00fd vhodne zvolenou organickou povrchovo akt\u00edvnou l\u00e1tkou alebo chemicky, pri\u010dom okraje vrstiev bud\u00fa funkcionalizovan\u00e9 vybran\u00fdmi organosil\u00e1nmi. Prinesie nov\u00e9 vedomosti o sp\u00f4sobe imobiliz\u00e1cie polutantov a prispeje aj k n\u00e1vrhu pokro\u010dil\u00fdch hybridn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov kombinuj\u00facich vlastnosti oboch typov V\u0160, ktor\u00e9 na\u0161li uplatnenie v zelen\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00e1ch.
