Z\u00e1kladn\u00e1 jednotka spektrofotometra sa vyzna\u010duje vysokou citlivos\u0165ou pre r\u00f4zne typy meran\u00ed fluorescencie a\u00a0fosforescencie v emisnom, excita\u010dnom, synchr\u00f3nnom m\u00f3de. Rozsah merania pokr\u00fdva ultrafialov\u00fa a\u00a0vidite\u013en\u00fa oblas\u0165 spektra (200-900 nm).
