Visit of the KEMST delegation

On 18 September 2026, our institute welcomed a delegation comprising several members of KEMST (Korean Experts on Materials Science and Technology in Europe). The delegation was led by its Chairman, Dr. Min-Kyu Paek, who introduced the association and the institutions represented within KEMST.

The Director of the Institute subsequently presented the main research activities and areas of expertise of the individual departments. The visit also included a tour of our laboratories, during which the members of the delegation had an opportunity to learn more about our research activities and gain a closer insight into the work carried out by individual departments.

The aim of the meeting was to present the research activities of our institute and, at the same time, to identify potential common research topics and opportunities for collaboration with institutions affiliated with KEMST.

We thank the KEMST delegation for their visit and look forward to potential opportunities for future cooperation.
