A globally unique laboratory at our Institute

Colleagues from the department of molten systems are specialised on the research of industrially interesting molten systems based on inorganic salts, especially fluorides. At the Institute, they operate a globally unique laboratory that provides a complete infrastructure for measuring of multiple chemical properties of these melts. The results obtained serve as benchmarks for laboratories around the world.
